Bay Area Transaction Management, LLC began with a simple observation: the best agents in Tampa Bay were spending more time chasing signatures than serving clients. Closings were getting harder, contracts were getting longer, and the administrative load was eating into the relationships that drive every successful real estate career.
Rose Dove founded the company to fix that. After years inside the industry — watching deals get tangled in deadlines, paperwork, and miscommunication — she built a service that handles every moving piece between the executed contract and the closing table. No more dropped balls. No more 11 p.m. compliance scrambles. No more wondering whether the title company has the HOA estoppel yet.
The job is to make sure the agent never has to ask, "did that get done?" Because we already did it.
Today, the team has grown to include Yajaira "Ya-Ya" Ausborn, our lead transaction coordinator and bilingual liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, and Crystal, our administrative assistant who keeps the operation running cleanly behind the scenes. Together, we've coordinated hundreds of transactions across Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Manatee counties — from first-time-buyer condos to multi-million-dollar waterfront listings.
What hasn't changed is the original philosophy: every Realtor we work with is treated like our only client. Every file gets the same care. Every deadline gets tracked. Every party gets a clean, written update. And every transaction closes on time, on contract, and on the right side of compliance.
